"Salvador Dali and the tree" (with a Kookaburra)
This work was created during the time of big bush fires we had in Australia. The Kookaburra has a clock hanging in the mouth (melted clocks are a repetitive symbol in the artistic works of Salvador Dali) the meaning of this creation is that we have little time to act against climate change.
"Mother Earth Kangaroo"
This work was created during the time of the big bush fires we had in Australia. The Kangaroo has a tree on her hand trying to rescue it from the flames (The kangaroo has also the same moustache as Dali had). The meaning of this creation is that we have a reduced time to act against climate change. The famous Dali's clock in the Kangaroo tummy.
Gemma Garcia pictures and artworks copyright.
